FAQ
Our guide prices are for 100 and 500 pieces. Most items can be done in smaller runs too, but the print set-up is shared over fewer pieces, so each one costs a bit more. Tell us how many you need and we'll price it.
Usually about 2–3 weeks from when you approve your proof. If you have a date to hit, like an event or Christmas, tell us when you ask for a quote and we'll tell you straight away if it's doable.
Yes. Caps, notebooks and lanyards take a full-colour logo as standard, and mugs can be done in full colour. Pens, bottles and bags are usually printed in one or two colours, and metal bottles can be laser engraved.
No, the guide prices are ex VAT. VAT at 23% is added on your quote and invoice.
Yes. Send us whatever you have, even a photo of your sign or an old flyer, and our designers will tidy it up or redraw it so it prints sharply. We'll tell you if there's a small design charge before we start.
